Select an Account
You need to select an account when you process mail pieces to track postage when using Departmental Accounting.
- From the Home screen select Mail.
- Select Select an Account.
- From the Accounts Management screen, select the Select an Account button again.
- Select an account from the list displayed, or enter the account number and select the Return key.
- If a password has been assigned to this account, you will be prompted to enter it. Enter the 4-digit password and select Continue.
- You return to the Mail screen with the name of the account listed. You can continue processing mail for the assigned account.
